You could say that the glue that binds such teams is simply that they like each
other and truly enjoy working together. They are of like-mind and take advantage of their

but are strongly independent and do not fall prey easily, to

This is not an easy question to answer. One could enumerate a long list of attributes,
pre-conditions, qualifications, etc., and still not get it right. But if one was to apply
Occam´s razor,
I would venture to say that transparency is one of the simplest and most useful elements in the decision making
process. Today, the high-speed game of hiring employees and consultants makes it very difficult to evaluate
candidates.
